Oyster Mushroom and Olive Rolls

Ingredients: 2 Via Naturalis Tokaji wine oyster mushroom pâté,
400 g puff pastry, 15-20 olive, chopped
Preparation: Roll out the puff pastry on a cutting board (if using
homemade puff pastry, roll it out to a thickness of half a centimeter).
Evenly spread the oyster mushroom pâté over the surface of the
pastry, sprinkle with the chopped olives, and tightly roll it along
the longer side. Cut the roll into 1 cm thick slices and place them in
a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 13-15
minutes until golden brown.
