Avocado Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients: 4 tbsp cooking oil, 1 avocado, 300 g oyster mushrooms,
100 g goat cheese or goat cheese Camembert, salt, ground rosemary

Preparation: In hot oil, sauté the diced oyster mushrooms until
golden brown (3-5 minutes), then add the diced avocado and cook
together with the mushrooms for 1-2 minutes. Once done, remove
from heat, season with salt, and sprinkle with ground rosemary. Mix
in the diced cheese and return to heat, melting the cheese slightly.

Camembert variation: Cut the cheese in half and fill it with the
avocado-mushroom mixture. Place the stuffed cheese in a preheated
oven (160°C) and bake until the cheese is slightly melted.
This makes a great appetizer or wine snack. Serve with Traminer
wine.
