Quick Oyster Mushroom Pate Bread

Ingredients: 10 tsp spelt flour, 5 tsp plain flour, 1 packet baking
powder, 1 ViaNaturalis vegetable oyster mushroom pâté, 4 eggs,
2 dl plain yogurt, 200 g grated pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, salt, butter

Preparation: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ingredients.
Add pumpkin seeds according to taste, season with salt, and fold
in the grated pumpkin. Once well combined, pour the mixture into
a greased bread pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30
minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
